OUR PATENT-PENDING DISINFECTION UNIT IS COMPRISED OF THREE KEY COMPONENTS
The first component is a vinyl clothing bag attached to a mobile base.
Once garments, shoes, etc., are placed inside the bag, the zipper is closed and latched into place.
The second component is the disinfection.
Ozone gas is created at a therapeutic level and pulled through the layers of fabric, the ozone gas is circulated through any objects placed inside the bag. This process of ozone disinfection normally takes fifteen minutes at full therapeutic level exposure. Ozone naturally degrades during the disinfection process, so all systems are monitored to assure that the ozone level is maintained to a pre-determined therapeutic level.
The third component is Ozone destruction.
Ozone will normally decay back into oxygen over time. In order to speed up the destruction process, the ozone gas is exposed to encapsulated UVC light combined with a series of catalytic agents. This returns the ozone concentration in the bag to normal ambient room levels, which starts a fresh air rinse process to remove any residual ozone odor that may still be present in the disinfected items.
